Role Overview

The housekeeping team supports the school by keeping the campus clean, hygienic, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. This position covers classrooms, offices, restrooms, corridors, and shared spaces, helping maintain a safe and pleasant learning environment.

Key Duties

• Carry out daily cleaning of classrooms, corridors, staff rooms, washrooms, and other shared areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Sanitize high-touch areas such as desks, door handles, switches, and railings.
• Remove waste from bins and ensure it is disposed of correctly.
• Restock restroom essentials like soap, tissue, and toilet paper.
• Keep windows, glass doors, and notice boards clean on a regular basis.
• Escalate repair needs such as leaks or damaged fittings to the supervisor.
• Support school functions, meetings, and events with setup and cleanup before and after.
• Look after cleaning equipment and supplies so they remain usable and organized.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at work.

CS Academy in Coimbatore operates across three campuses. Two campuses are located in Kovaipudur, and the primary campus is in Red Fields in the city center. The Kovaipudur boarding house accommodates boys and girls from Class IV onward under both CBSE and Cambridge International streams.
