Job Description

We are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team for bridge maintenance projects within the UAE. This role is crucial for erecting, adjusting, and dismantling scaffolding systems to ensure safe access for inspections, repairs, and rehabilitation activities on bridges and associated structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, reconfigure, and deconstruct scaffolding, including towers, work platforms, safety barriers, and access routes.
• Adhere strictly to approved engineering plans, procedural guidelines, and directives from supervisors.
• Guarantee the stability, proper bracing, and secure fastening of all scaffolding components at all times.
• Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding and promptly report any identified defects or hazardous situations.
• Participate in the handling, loading, unloading, and systematic organization of scaffolding materials.
• Facilitate bridge maintenance tasks, such as concrete repairs, detailed inspections, and painting, by providing secure and appropriate access platforms.

Qualifications

• Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant scaffolding experience within construction or infrastructure project environments.
• Prior experience in bridge maintenance or highway projects is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively at elevated heights and in various outdoor environmental conditions.
• Possess a foundational understanding of scaffolding erection, dismantling procedures, and safety protocols.
• A scaffolding certification (such as CISRS, OSHA, or a comparable qualification) is preferred.
• Must be in good physical condition and capable of managing heavy materials.

Additional Information

• Previous experience working on infrastructure or bridge projects within the UAE is required.
• Familiarity with both modular and traditional tube-and-fitting scaffolding systems is expected.
