Job description
Role Overview
This position is for an SAP HCM Payroll specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The role sits within a full-time, on-site setup and is intended for professionals with substantial hands-on experience in SAP HR and payroll processes.
Experience Needed
The ideal candidate should bring 7 to 10 years of overall experience, including more than 3 years working specifically in SAP HR. Prior exposure to at least one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration project is required.
Key Functional Knowledge
You should be able to understand and configure core HCM lifecycle events such as transfers, promotions, and retirements. Strong working knowledge of Time Management and SAP Indian Payroll is also expected, along with integration awareness for FI posting and bank transfer processes.
Additional Technical Requirements
Familiarity with SAP HCM on HANA (H4S4) and the differences between the earlier and newer platform approaches is needed. The role also calls for exposure to FIORI applications and their use within the HCM domain.
Team Collaboration
The role requires close coordination with technical teams and other functional modules to support end-to-end delivery.
