About the Role
Ambrock is looking for a hands-on sandblasting specialist to prepare steel components and turn raw surfaces into high-quality finished parts. The work focuses on surface treatment for steel, with processes such as powder coating, wet painting, and contract blasting forming part of the broader environment. Responsibilities
- Carry out compressed-air blasting using the open blasting method.
- Operate and load centrifugal wheel blasting systems.
- Mask sensitive components with care and accuracy.
- Move workpieces within the facility.
- Use a forklift and overhead crane as needed.
- Work in rotating early and late shifts.
Requirements
- Careful, independent way of working.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Practical manual skills.
- Driving licence class B.
- Forklift or crane licence is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Motivation, teamwork, and reliability.
- Professional experience is welcome, but career starters are also considered.
