- Monday to Friday night shift: 6:00 pm to 4:00 am
- 8 day shifts followed by 4 days off, with 10-hour shifts
There are also chances to build multi-skilling within the department, including movement into more advanced sample preparation and administrative responsibilities.

- Use all required PPE, including a respirator
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Kalgoorlie Boulder region
- Must hold current Australian work rights
- Must be physically and mentally capable of repetitive manual work
- Must be dependable, responsible, and consistent with attendance
- Must have solid spoken and written communication skills, particularly for number recognition
- Must be able to follow instructions, procedures, safety rules, quality standards, and code of conduct
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Must act with honesty, integrity, and respect toward others
