Salon Manager & Content Lead

Role Overview

This full-time onsite opportunity is for a proactive and creative professional to support salon operations while also leading content creation efforts. The role is based in Adenta, Greater Accra, and combines client service, coordination, and digital storytelling for a salon environment.

Key Duties

• Handle client bookings and appointment coordination so the customer journey remains smooth from initial contact through to final checkout.
• Manage routine salon operations and help uphold strong service quality across the business.
• Produce attention-grabbing social media content, including reels, photos, transformation shots, and promotional material.
• Reply to direct messages, comments, and online enquiries promptly and in a polished, professional tone.
• Build and update a regular content schedule to support audience engagement and account growth.
• Work with the salon team to capture real-time moments in the salon and showcase services effectively.

What the Employer Wants

• Solid organisational ability and comfort working on multiple tasks in a busy setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An eye for visual presentation and the ability to tell a story through content.
• Experience with editing or design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar software is highly desirable.
• Exposure to marketing or sales is considered an advantage.
• Candidates should live in or near Adenta.

Compensation

Pay starts at GHS 2,000 per month, with potential increases tied to performance and experience.
