Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Windhoek calls for a Salesperson who can create a warm and inclusive shopping experience. The successful candidate will support customers with friendly service, share product knowledge and recommendations, and help keep the store running smoothly day to day.

What You Will Do

• Welcome shoppers and offer attentive, respectful assistance throughout their visit.
• Explain product features, benefits and brand background in a clear and helpful manner.
• Process sales accurately and handle basic cash and point-of-sale tasks.
• Keep track of stock on the shop floor and replenish shelves when needed.
• Maintain neat, attractive and well-organized product displays.
• Learn about the brands and products in order to give informed guidance.
• Respond to customer queries and support fitting needs, including bra fittings.
• Help with promotions, in-store activities and community-building events.
• Work with the wider team to contribute to store targets and sales growth.
• Share customer feedback that can improve the shopping experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a respectful, approachable manner when dealing with diverse clients.
• Previous exposure to retail, beauty, wellness or fashion is an advantage.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and managing basic cash transactions.
• Ability to work toward sales goals or performance targets.
• Good verbal communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to build product knowledge across beauty, skincare, wellness and lingerie ranges.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep stock and displays organized.
• English and Afrikaans fluency is required; additional local languages are a plus.
