Role Overview

The company is hiring a client advisor to join its Constantine team. In this position, you will welcome people who are interested in immigrating to Canada, answer their questions, and guide them through the first steps of their journey while ensuring a positive client experience from the very first interaction.

Key Duties

  • Receive and assist visitors at the office.
  • Handle inquiries from prospects and clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
  • Explain the company’s services and the available solutions.
  • Assess prospect needs and direct them toward the most suitable services.
  • Arrange appointments and follow up on them.
  • Keep client and prospect details updated in the company CRM.
  • Maintain thorough commercial follow-up until the client completes registration.
  • Support the team in meeting its business targets.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer care and an excellent overall client journey.

Candidate Profile

This position is limited to women. Strong spoken and written French is required, and English is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate communicates well, listens carefully, presents herself professionally, and is comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. Good organization, multitasking ability, teamwork, precision, and self-reliance are also important. Prior experience in sales, customer relations, reception, or a call center would be highly valued.
