Role Summary

This is a full-time sales position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is primarily on-site, with some flexibility to work remotely. The person in this role will be responsible for expanding customer accounts, implementing sales strategies, and increasing product distribution and visibility across the assigned territory.

What You Will Do

  • Manage existing customer relationships while working to grow account business in the assigned area.
  • Carry out sales plans and support the wider commercial strategy for Ferrero products.
  • Visit customers regularly to showcase products, discuss offers, and maintain strong market presence.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and help secure effective agreements with retailers and distributors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed according to merchandising requirements.
  • Review sales results, prepare reports, and track performance against targets.
  • Study market movements and competitor actions to spot opportunities and challenges.
  • Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to support execution.
  • Support promotional campaigns and ensure Ferrero’s standards and values are reflected in every customer interaction.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in sales and account handling, including territory management, relationship development, and negotiation. Strong commercial thinking and analytical ability are important, along with the capability to read sales data, plan demand, and identify areas for growth. Familiarity with FMCG or confectionery businesses, including modern trade, traditional trade, and key account channels, is strongly preferred. Good communication and presentation skills are needed for working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also required for reporting and presentations. The role suits someone who can work independently in a hybrid environment, manage priorities well, and respond effectively to changing customer and market needs. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related subject is preferred, though equivalent hands-on sales experience is also acceptable. Experience in Jeddah or the broader Saudi market, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in both English and Arabic are considered strong advantages.
