Role Overview
Virtusa is hiring a Salesforce Developer to work from its Marine Parade location in Singapore. The role focuses on building and supporting Salesforce solutions, with an emphasis on Service Cloud and PSS implementations.
Profile and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field. A minimum of 3 years of practical, hands-on Salesforce development experience is required.
Core Technical Expertise
The position calls for strong capability in Salesforce OmniStudio, including FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and OmniScripts. Candidates should also be proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform API development and integration.
Certifications
Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred, such as Platform Developer I or II, OmniStudio Developer, and Service Cloud Consultant.
