Role Summary
This full-time Sales Specialist position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a hybrid arrangement that allows part of the week to be worked from home. The role is centered on generating new business, strengthening existing client partnerships, and presenting the agency’s digital and creative offerings in a compelling way.
What You Will Do
- Identify fresh business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business and long-term trust.
- Run sales meetings and deliver professional presentations to explain services and solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations that match client needs and project scope.
- Follow up on leads consistently and work toward converting prospects into closed deals.
- Work closely with account managers and the creative team to align offerings with client requirements.
- Support a smooth transition from sales discussions to project delivery.
- Keep sales records accurate and up to date, including pipeline status and deal progress.
- Contribute to forecasting revenue and helping improve sales processes.
- Provide occasional client training on the agency’s solutions when needed.
Required Background
- Excellent communication abilities, including confident presentations and professional written communication.
- Strong customer service mindset for handling questions and building client confidence.
- Solid B2B sales experience covering prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Capability in sales coordination and client training, along with support for internal sales best practices.
- Useful exposure to digital marketing, social media, or agency-based services.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup while managing time and priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational habits and CRM experience for pipeline management and reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
