Role Overview
This position focuses on selling architectural lighting products to B2B partners as well as high-value B2C customers with orders of AED 36,000 and above. You will be the first brand touchpoint for clients and will play an important role in building trust and nurturing long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of leads from initial contact through to successful closure.
- Keep CRM data accurate, current, and organized.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Handle both on-site and remote meetings with clients.
- Represent the company in a polished, professional manner at all times.
- Make cold, warm, nurture, and closing sales calls as part of the pipeline process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or high-value B2C sales.
- Fluency in Arabic and strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional style.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and handling face-to-face conversations.
- A polished, highly presentable, and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Having an existing network of architects, interior designers, or fitout companies is an added advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fast learner with discipline and a strong sales-oriented mindset.
Working Schedule
The role is on-site and client-facing. Working days are 6 days per week, with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
Expected on-target earnings are AED 200,000+ per year. The package includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, performance-linked bonuses, exclusive internal sales and product training, a clear path toward senior sales and leadership roles, and a flexible time-off policy with company holidays.
