About the role
This is a full-time remote sales position for someone who is commercially oriented and eager to grow Paathz’s footprint in Indonesia. The role centers on creating new business opportunities, reaching hospitality decision-makers, and turning interest into real platform usage. It suits a person who is comfortable developing relationships, handling sales funnels, and helping an early-stage company scale.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with hotels, restaurants, resorts, hospitality groups, and other hospitality businesses across Indonesia.
- Run outbound outreach campaigns using email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, and networking.
- Arrange meetings and product demos with hotel owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Learn customer hiring pain points and present Paathz’s offering in a compelling way.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation through onboarding and activation.
- Keep CRM data current and record all sales activity accurately.
- Collect market insights and customer feedback to help shape product direction and go-to-market plans.
- Work closely with the founding team to implement and improve sales approaches.
- Consistently meet monthly revenue goals and business development KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or another client-facing role.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Hands-on experience with outbound selling, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while balancing several priorities.
- Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and presentations.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups, or HR teams.
- Work history in hospitality, SaaS, HR tech, recruitment tech, or other B2B service businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms.
- A pre-existing network in Indonesia’s hospitality sector is a plus.
