Role overview
This position is focused on driving sales for designated accounts in Dubai. The role involves planning and carrying out sales initiatives, tracking market conditions and competitor activity, and working toward company sales and revenue goals.
What you'll do
- Create and align periodic sales plans so targets are clearly set, followed through, and tracked.
- Assess market potential to understand the sales value of current and prospective customers.
- Gather, assess, and combine information that helps identify areas where sales performance can be improved.
- Build and sustain strong business relationships with existing customers and prospective client groups to generate revenue.
- Stay in regular contact with key accounts to share product updates and promotional offers that can help lift sales.
- Apply loyalty-building approaches that support durable and productive partnerships with major accounts.
- Study product availability in the market to help shape proposals for new offerings and services that strengthen sales.
- Collect and evaluate competitor intelligence to refine sales approach, improve market share, and strengthen visibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify the most effective sales promotion methods.
- Keep in touch with local intermediaries and meet them regularly so they receive timely updates on new products and campaigns.
- Prepare and coordinate contractual arrangements with intermediaries while ensuring customer needs are captured and policy requirements are met.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements for trade and corporate accounts in line with company rules and directives.
