Role overview
This position is for a Sales Quality Analyst based in Nairobi, Kenya. The role focuses on reviewing sales conversations, spotting improvement areas, and helping the sales team lift conversion performance through coaching, feedback, and analysis. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
What you will do
- Assess inbound and outbound sales calls to measure quality and effectiveness.
- Look for sales opportunities and process gaps that can improve results.
- Share practical coaching points and clear feedback with sales representatives.
- Study performance patterns and turn findings into reports.
- Take part in calibration discussions and training sessions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales QA or Quality Analyst role.
- Background in sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales is required.
- Good knowledge of the sales cycle, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and quality assurance tools.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Strong analytical ability and a sharp eye for detail.
