About the Role

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is hiring a reliable and energetic Sales Porter to support its dealership operations. This opportunity suits someone who likes being around vehicles, prefers an active workday, and wants to build a career in the automotive field within a busy retail environment.

The role is positioned as a strong entry-level start in the automotive industry, with room for training, skill-building, and future growth inside a major automotive group.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay is expected to fall between $17.00 and $20.00, based on experience and qualifications.
• This is a full-time position.
• The standard work pattern is five days per week with two days off.

Key Duties

• Drive, park, and arrange vehicles across the dealership lot in a safe and orderly manner.
• Help get vehicles ready for customer handover.
• Keep inventory units clean and presentable.
• Assist the sales team by bringing vehicles as needed and maintaining lot organization.
• Carry out general lot upkeep and other dealership support tasks when assigned.
