Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for overseeing daily sales activity, guiding the sales team, setting performance targets, and tracking progress against business goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team to help them meet and exceed targets.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and support business growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for business development and actively pursue potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with important customers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales plans with stock availability, pricing decisions, and promotional activity.
  • Prepare routine sales performance reports and share clear updates with management.
  • Review market movement and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales decisions.
  • Develop reliable sales forecasts based on pipeline status, market trends, and team performance.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards on the showroom floor or in client-facing interactions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has prior experience managing sales, preferably in retail, luxury goods, hospitality, or another customer-centric environment. They should be comfortable working in a high-energy, target-oriented setting and able to balance service quality with commercial objectives.

Additional Information

This position requires a willingness to work retail- or hospitality-style hours when needed, along with eligibility to work in Qatar.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred, although equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.

Language Requirements

Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic knowledge, or fluency in any additional language, will be considered an advantage.
