Role summary

This position is focused on managing sales activity through the DSA channel in Gurgaon and supporting branch objectives through strong partner coordination, customer engagement, and disciplined execution. The role works closely with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams to keep the sales process compliant, efficient, and healthy from a portfolio perspective. It also contributes to cross-selling ABHFL and ABC products and solutions based on branch goals.

What the role involves

  • Build and execute a local sales plan in partnership with the sales head to deliver targets while accounting for market conditions and competition.
  • Track local market trends and competitor offerings on a regular basis, then adjust the DSA strategy accordingly.
  • Review the effectiveness of the DSA network, improve productivity, and ensure active partner relationships are contributing to business goals.
  • Prepare and share MIS inputs covering disbursements, profitability, DSA productivity, NPAs, and market expansion, and use these insights to guide partner feedback.
  • Work with DSA partners to source prospects, explain product features and value propositions, and support successful closures.
  • Stay in touch with prospects and DSA partners to keep transaction status clear and to drive timely approvals through compliance-focused follow-up.
  • Use schemes and engagement initiatives to strengthen DSA participation while balancing growth and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor the full DSA customer journey, including sourcing, approval, servicing, and collections, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Improve turnaround times and process efficiency by coordinating with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams.
  • Adopt better practices and process enhancements that raise productivity and increase the DSA contribution to the business.
