Role Summary

This position is for a well-organized, forward-thinking, and adaptable Sales & Logistics Coordinator who can support both the commercial and delivery sides of the business. The role involves working closely with customers, sales staff, warehouse teams, and drivers to keep orders moving smoothly and service levels consistently strong in a busy environment.

Applicants with prior experience in food and beverage distribution are preferred. Experience with Zoho CRM/ERP is a significant advantage.

Sales Coordination

• Handle customer orders from the point of entry through to final delivery and keep track of progress at each stage.
• Update and maintain accurate records for customers, pricing, and contracts in CRM/ERP platforms.
• Draft quotations, prepare proposals, and compile sales-related reports.
• Respond to customer questions, manage sample requests, and carry out follow-up communication.
• Assist with the setup of new customer accounts, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retail businesses.
• Support the rollout of new products, promotional activities, and pricing revisions.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled without disruption.

Logistics and Delivery Coordination

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and dispatch personnel.
• Help organize routes and improve delivery efficiency across the UAE.
• Track delivery status and address delays, failed drops, return handling, and customer concerns.
• Align vehicle availability with daily and weekly order demand.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and flag any risks that may affect fulfillment.
• Work with warehouse staff to make sure orders are picked and dispatched on time.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customers.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics coordination, customer service, order management, or sales support. Background in food and beverage, FMCG, distribution, or HORECA is strongly preferred. Prior use of CRM/ERP systems is required, and experience with Zoho is especially valuable. Familiarity with UAE geography, delivery routes, and logistics processes is important. The role also calls for someone who can stay composed under pressure, manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, stay highly organized, use Microsoft Excel confidently, and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 6,000 to AED 7,000, based on experience.
