Job description
Role Summary
The company is hiring a Sales Executive to support its electric vehicle business in Bhopal. The position is focused on retail sales, in-person customer interaction, and helping customers understand the value of eco-friendly mobility solutions.
Work Location
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Experience
The role is suitable for candidates with about 6 months to 1 year of experience. Freshers who have completed relevant internships in the EV space may also be considered.

Responsibilities
- Receive showroom visitors, identify their needs, and present the company’s EV models and related technology through clear product demonstrations.
- Manage follow-ups for both online and walk-in leads and work toward converting prospects into customers.
- Arrange test drives, coordinate the process smoothly, and ensure a polished customer experience throughout.
- Support the sales process by handling enquiries, bookings, finance-related discussions, and delivery documentation.
- Keep track of current EV developments, subsidy schemes such as FAME and state-level policies, and competitor products in the market.
Requirements
- Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in automobile sales is preferred, especially in EV, two-wheeler, or four-wheeler dealership environments.
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills are required.
- A proactive, goal-focused approach and genuine interest in sustainable mobility are important for this position.
- A graduate degree in any stream is expected; qualifications in Business Administration or Marketing are an added advantage.
- Applicants should know the Bhopal market and local geography well.

This is a full-time, onsite sales role in Bhopal.
