Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and present the company’s digital media offerings in a way that supports revenue growth. The role covers the complete sales process, from lead generation and qualification through to closing, while also involving proposal development, contract discussions, pricing negotiations, CRM updates, reporting, and client retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seek out and pursue fresh sales opportunities for the company’s digital media services.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
  • Generate, screen, and qualify leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches and product/service presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from the first point of contact to final conversion.
  • Work with internal teams to create customised proposals and client solutions.
  • Log sales activity in CRM systems and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Share regular sales updates, performance reports, and pipeline progress.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and support customer retention.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong background in sales and business development, including lead generation, pipeline handling, and closing deals.
  • Ability to manage client accounts and understand customer needs to offer suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation ability, both spoken and written, with confidence in front of clients and groups.
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to assess market trends and pricing structures.
  • Experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, or a similar sector is considered a strong advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and perform well in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
  • Comfort using standard office software and CRM platforms, along with strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience is also acceptable.
  • English fluency is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be an added benefit.
