Your role

As an SDR, you will be the front line of the sales organization. Your job is to identify promising companies, spark interest in the product, and create the foundation for long-term customer relationships through smart outbound selling.

  • Find the right contacts, build targeted relationships, and present the product through personalized outreach across calls, social selling, and email.
  • Spot new business opportunities, qualify leads, and keep the sales pipeline moving consistently.
  • Approach prospects with a challenger mindset by understanding their challenges and showing how the product can improve their processes.
  • Use modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Make, and Clay to streamline your workflow and support data-driven sales.
  • Contribute insights from customer conversations to improve the product, the pitch, and the overall sales process.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to turn qualified leads into closed deals.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone who wants to make a measurable impact, grows through curiosity and persistence, and helps raise the bar in outbound sales. This is not just about generating leads, but about building trust, recognizing opportunities, and taking sales to the next level.

  • Ideally, you bring 1–2 years of experience in a sales function within a SaaS company, startup, or agile tech/e-commerce environment. Candidates from customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or recruiting are also welcome if they are motivated and eager to learn.
  • You are ambitious, enjoy overcoming challenges, and like trying out new sales techniques to keep improving.
  • You work in a structured and analytical way, using data to refine your outbound strategy and improve conversion rates.
  • You have a strong interest in technology and CRM tools, with initial experience in HubSpot or similar systems and confident Excel skills.
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, and you can stay persistent without becoming pushy.
  • You see sales as a team effort and enjoy working collaboratively toward shared goals.
  • You speak German at an expert C2 level and can communicate comfortably in English at least at B2 level.
