Role overview
As a Sales Development Representative focused on outbound sales in the Middle East, you will help shape and execute the outbound strategy while partnering closely with Account Executives. The role centers on selling enterprise voice solutions that help customers create new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify promising leads and prospects within the target market.
- Use outbound channels such as cold calls, email, and social outreach to start conversations with potential customers.
- Create tailored outreach sequences designed to improve lead conversion.
- Work closely with Account Executives to share feedback, surface objections, and track market trends.
- Continuously improve outreach methods based on what the market and prospects are telling you.
- Track and report outbound KPIs such as conversion performance, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
- Partner with sales leadership to review data and refine strategy for stronger results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of outbound B2B sales experience, with a solid history of booking new business meetings.
- Proven ability to assemble opportunity-sized prospect lists in unfamiliar markets and categories.
- Hands-on experience with a full range of prospecting tools.
- Strong capability to create and scale repeatable sales processes.
- Experience mentoring or supporting a team.
- A curious mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and develop solutions from a strong knowledge base.
- Self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills for handling a large volume of leads.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
