Your Role

In this position, you will support sales activities across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments. You will help develop new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and contribute to the commercial growth of the property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customers in the corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, especially in accommodation and event sales.
  • Prepare company agreements and related commercial documentation.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships and further develop them over time.
  • Conduct company and client visits as well as property tours.
  • Evaluate the local market and monitor trends and developments in the sales area.
  • Help implement effective and creative sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Support Sales Managers with action plans, analyses, and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain brand-related RFP tools and sales systems.

  • Experience in hospitality, ideally with exposure to sales or B2B work.
  • Confident business communication in both German and English.
  • Professional and assured manner in client interactions.
  • Independent, well-structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
  • Strong service mindset and a genuine host attitude.
