Job description
Overview
Foodics is hiring a Sales Coordinator Intern for its Riyadh office. This role is centered on handling incoming inquiries, prospecting new opportunities, and supporting the sales process from first contact through demo scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and assess live phone and website inquiries, along with leads from other communication channels, about the company’s products and services.
- Place outbound cold calls to uncover potential sales opportunities and route qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Follow up with leads by phone and email to arrange meetings between prospects and the Foodics sales team, and log those leads in the CRM.
- Address questions and objections with the aim of securing a product demo.
- Manage prospects by clearly explaining the value proposition, handling concerns, and building strong relationships.
- Communicate in a way that positions Foodics as a trusted and knowledgeable brand.
- Build rapport over the phone while maintaining confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with sales operations to help speed up the sales cycle and expand reach into target accounts.
- Assist marketing activities, including online campaigns, direct mail, and other promotional initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or another business-related discipline. You should be comfortable making and receiving calls, confident in a cold-calling environment, and able to deliver strong customer service without easily giving up on objections.
Prior exposure to a hospitality setting is considered an advantage. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is also beneficial. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and additional languages are a plus. The role suits someone who is organized, highly detail-oriented, eager to keep learning, and capable of working independently across multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
Internship Terms
No compensation is provided during or after the internship, and the internship does not guarantee a full-time position afterward.
Location
This position is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
