Role Overview
Morcom Induction Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational core of our sales department. This role is crucial for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final invoicing, ensuring a premium, error-free customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins within established turnaround times, maintaining a detailed inquiry register.
- Prepare professional quotations, proforma invoices, and client-facing catalogues according to Morcom's standards.
- Process approved quotations into sales orders and ensure all necessary documentation is completed prior to dispatch.
- Liaise with both domestic and international suppliers (including those in China) to confirm product availability, lead times, and shipment schedules.
- Generate tax invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents, while coordinating all logistical arrangements.
- Monitor outstanding payments, politely follow up on overdue accounts, and escalate persistent payment issues.
- Maintain a daily sales tracking system and prepare weekly/monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership review.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales coordination, inside sales, or order management.
- Hold a graduate degree, with a preference for B.Com, BBA, or BA. A computer course would be advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Familiarity with Tally, Busy, or other ERP systems is expected.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail regarding GST, e-way bill, and invoice documentation.
- Communicate fluently in Hindi and possess working English proficiency, with the ability to manage over 20 concurrent inquiries.
- Candidates residing in or near the Sonipat, Kundli, Rai, Bahadurgarh, or North Delhi areas are preferred.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Harsana Kalan, Sonipat factory. Working days are Monday to Saturday.
