Role Overview
This is a work-from-home sales role centered on lead engagement, appointment setting, application screening, and coordination with the wider team. The position requires consistent outreach, careful qualification of prospects, and strong follow-through across communication and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet the required calling KPI using assigned lead sources.
- Make around 50 quality calls per day and secure at least 20 qualified appointments for senior BDRs, with emphasis on meaningful engagement and nurturing rather than rushing through lists.
- Review applications and decide whether they should be approved or graded.
- Follow up and confirm calls through WhatsApp.
- Share regular progress updates and status reports.
- Reach out to applications that were not approved.
- Verify whether applicants are genuinely suitable for the opportunity.
- Support team tasks and coordinate as needed.
- Take care of related administrative work connected to the role.
Eligibility

Compensation
The offered package is INR 4,56,000 to INR 5,88,000 per year.
