Its services include AI-based skin and scalp analysis, aesthetic procedures, rehabilitation support, and holistic nutrition programs, with an emphasis on both non-invasive and invasive rejuvenation solutions.

Role Summary

This opening is for a full-time Sales Consultant based on site in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on guiding current and prospective clients through suitable wellness and aesthetic options by understanding their goals, explaining relevant services, and shaping customized treatment recommendations. The position requires strong follow-up, CRM discipline, coordination with clinical and front-office teams, and a proactive approach to cross-selling and upselling while supporting both individual and team revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will conduct client consultations, identify needs, present services clearly, and prepare tailored proposals or treatment packages. You will also maintain organized client records in the CRM, collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, and follow up consistently to help clients make informed decisions. Meeting sales targets while maintaining a consultative and client-first style is an important part of the job.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling ability, excellent customer service instincts, and the communication skills needed to listen carefully, explain offerings clearly, and present professionally. Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or another service-based environment is preferred, along with comfort using CRM or sales tracking systems. A results-driven mindset, ethical selling approach, and the ability to work flexible on-site hours, including evenings or weekends when necessary, are also required. English fluency is mandatory, and Arabic or another language is a plus. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related area is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered.
