About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Sales Consultant in Singapore to deliver a luxury retail experience grounded in elegance, service excellence, and brand storytelling. In this role, you will help clients discover products, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the boutique’s overall performance.

Sales performance and service

  • Work toward monthly personal sales goals while supporting the boutique’s collective target.
  • Create memorable client interactions that encourage both first-time and repeat purchases.
  • Develop strong product expertise so you can make informed and relevant recommendations.
  • Strengthen repeat business by staying connected with clients, following up on opportunities, and encouraging return visits.
  • Guide customers toward pieces that match their preferences, needs, and lifestyle.

Client development

  • Provide attentive, personalised service that reflects the luxury standards of the brand.
  • Maintain detailed client profiles, including preferences and past purchases, to support tailored follow-ups.
  • Support store activations, promotions, and VIP outreach to deepen engagement and drive sales.
  • Manage a client portfolio and use it to maintain ongoing communication and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new prospects to grow the customer base.

Operations

  • Support after-sales needs such as exchanges, repairs, and alterations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle merchandise carefully and assist with inventory control and stock-take activities.
  • Follow compliance requirements and carry out cashiering procedures accurately.

Training and development

  • Take part in learning sessions covering new collections, brand heritage, and the selling approach.
  • Continue building your capabilities across areas such as management, operations, fashion styling, and premium client service.

Profile
