Role Overview
This position is suited to a well-organized, proactive professional who can support the sales and marketing engine behind the business. The role is central to keeping data accurate, information moving efficiently, and the Business Development and Sales functions on track to meet their goals.
This opportunity is available only to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle RFQ tracking and day-to-day CRM administration, ensuring each request for quotation is recorded correctly from the moment it arrives until submission.
- Prepare and share weekly updates for management on the status of RFQs.
- Coordinate closely with the Estimation and Sales teams so proposals are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team every week to gather draft content and promotional assets.
- Follow up on internal approvals with management to keep marketing materials progressing on schedule.
- Make sure approved content is published on the company’s social and digital channels without delay.
- Maintain a current vendor database in Excel, including contact information, website links, and login details.
- Review vendor records each month and ensure any changes are checked and approved by the assigned manager.
- Track inventory for marketing giveaways and corporate merchandise.
- Watch stock levels and arrange replenishment before items run low.
- Assist BDMs and the Sales team with administrative and coordination tasks needed to support client requirements.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and client meetings.
- Help generate new leads, strengthen customer relationships, and collect RFQs that can be converted into new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a support-focused position, preferably in sales or business development.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong planning and organizational ability, with a clear focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills for working across multiple teams.
- Self-driven approach with a strong commitment to shared team objectives.
