Role Overview
This position is for a Sales Associate within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle Operations in Dubai. The role is focused on delivering strong customer service, supporting sales performance, and maintaining high in-store standards while representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service that consistently aligns with Majid Al Futtaim standards and helps each shopper feel well supported.
- Respond to customer issues quickly and professionally, escalating matters to the Store Manager when required.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and look for practical ways to surpass them while keeping customer satisfaction central.
- Use strong product knowledge to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain store presentation by supporting daily operational tasks such as cleanliness, tidiness, and restocking.
- Follow store security procedures and regulations carefully to reduce the risk of stock loss.
- Apply effective selling techniques to understand customer needs, encourage higher-value purchases, and support repeat business.
- Help customers find suitable items across other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores when the required merchandise is not available in the store.
Requirements
- High school certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of industry experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service ability.
