Sapsa Bedding is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate who is a native Arabic speaker to join its retail team in Sharjah. This position focuses on delivering a strong in-store experience, supporting sales growth, and upholding high service standards for every customer.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet shoppers warmly and guide them through the store with professional support.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest products and solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Work toward personal and store-wide sales targets as well as key performance indicators.
  • Highlight products, promotions, and new arrivals to increase sales opportunities.
  • Accurately complete sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
  • Address questions, concerns, complaints, and return requests in a professional manner.
