About the Role

Amazon Services is seeking a customer-obsessed, analytical, and entrepreneurial leader to drive new business growth by recruiting third-party sellers. This role involves shaping and executing a strategy to expand the use of Amazon Services among businesses of all sizes, aiming to enhance product selection and competitive pricing on global Amazon websites. You will be instrumental in influencing product offerings on Amazon's international platforms.

The position operates within a fast-paced sales environment where you will be responsible for identifying potential sellers, qualifying leads, negotiating agreements, and closing deals. Success will be measured by the product selection and revenue generated by the sellers you bring onboard. This includes defining target market segments, building strong seller relationships, and fostering long-term business opportunities through consistent engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills. This role demands autonomy, ownership, and a strong drive to achieve business objectives in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous market. Specific Responsibilities

  • Articulate the functions and benefits of Amazon Services products and services to external audiences.
  • Contribute to defining target seller segments and industry verticals, and influence sales strategies aligned with global seller business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish priorities and set account targets that support category strategies and local market insights.
  • Monitor and report on performance using key metrics, ensuring productivity and seller satisfaction targets are met.
  • Engage with internal and external teams and customers to enhance products and business processes.
  • Identify and approach specific prospects, communicating tailored value propositions for their unique business needs and use cases to establish enduring partnerships.
  • Negotiate deals and facilitate the onboarding process for interested sellers, working closely with senior executives.
  • Review and manage the performance and sales of key partners to ensure their ongoing success.
