Since September 2019, Buccellati has been part of Richemont’s Global Luxury Group, while members of the Buccellati family continue to hold senior management responsibilities. The brand operates boutiques in leading cities and prestigious malls around the world.

- Support replenishment and processing of merchandise, and help monitor stock on the sales floor.
- Take part in visual merchandising activities according to brand guidelines.
- Assist with floor changes, display upkeep, merchandising, and general boutique housekeeping, including cleaning products and displays.
- Contribute to stock counts, inventory activities, and other special tasks when needed.
- Carry out price updates within the boutique when required.
Boutique Operations and Cash Handling
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while keeping proper register and cash records.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operating practices.
- Apply discounts and gratuities only under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
- Observe all safety, security, and boutique operating requirements.
Product Knowledge, Training, and Brand Representation
- Keep product knowledge up to date and continuously strengthen understanding of the brand.
- Learn and apply the brand’s sales techniques through training.
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Maintain the boutique’s appearance, tidiness, and visual standards.
- Report maintenance issues to the Boutique Manager.
- Wear the assigned uniform as required and represent the brand in-store and at local events under the Boutique Manager’s direction.
Education and Experience
A college degree is preferred. The role requires 2 to 5 years of prior experience in luxury retail, luxury services, or luxury hospitality.
Skills and Personal Attributes
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a busy retail setting, be confident with computers and internet use, and have working knowledge of MS Office.
