About the role
Skechers Australia is part of a global footwear brand recognised for fresh design, all-day comfort, and styles that support an active lifestyle. The business is seeking enthusiastic retail team members to join stores across the Hamilton area, including Chartwell, Centre Place, The Base, and The Base Outlet.
In this role, you will work closely with the store management team to help lift sales, keep operations running smoothly, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key duties
- Deliver friendly, high-quality service to customers in store.
- Work with the team to meet sales goals and performance targets.
- Handle large amounts of stock efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare click-and-dispatch orders.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, can-do approach when assisting customers.
What we're looking for
- Retail experience is preferred, though it is not essential.
- A strong focus on delivering memorable customer service.
- Genuine interest in streetwear and sneaker culture.
- Confidence working in a fast-moving, lively team environment.
- Self-motivation and the drive to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- The ability to accept feedback and use it constructively.
