It caters to media, corporate, and government sectors across the Middle East and Africa, delivering comprehensive solutions including studios, OB vans, live production, and AV installation. The company operates through six offices, collaborates with more than 100 technology partners, and serves over 10,000 clients.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales inquiries received via email, phone, and website platforms.
- Prepare and dispatch sales quotations promptly to potential clients.
- Follow up on sales leads and support the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide timely and precise responses to customer requests.
- Keep organized and accurate records of inquiries and quotations within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduate or someone early in their career with excellent communication capabilities.
- Comfortable with phone conversations and proficient in composing professional emails.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn new skills quickly.
- Interest in broadcast, media, or AV/technology sectors is advantageous.
- Residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate to Dubai.
