Job description
About Bionic
Bionic helps business owners handle essential services more easily by combining knowledgeable people, technology, and data. The company supports customers in finding competitive options for energy, connectivity, insurance, and finance, with the aim of building long-term loyalty among British businesses. Bionic also works with well-known comparison sites such as Compare the Market, MoneySuperMarket, Uswitch for Business, and Confused.com, who rely on its business energy switching support.
About the Role
Bionic is seeking a careful, organised Sales Administrator to join its Sales Operations team in London. In this position, you will help connect customers, internal teams, and external energy suppliers to make sure post-sale work is completed accurately, efficiently, and with strong service standards.
Your focus will be to manage each contract from the point of sale through to successful processing. That includes solving queries, collecting missing information, working with suppliers, and keeping internal systems updated so customers experience a smooth handover.
Day-to-Day Work
- Serve as the primary contact between customers and energy suppliers so contracts move through the process correctly and on time.
- Work with customers and suppliers to sort out issues that come up during the switching process.
- Collect any missing customer details needed to complete and submit contracts accurately.
- Handle supplier terminations and make sure all required information is recorded correctly in internal systems.
- Track unresolved contracts and keep records current and accurate.
- Spot ways to improve processes and help make workflows faster and more efficient.
- Assist internal teams with guidance and training to reduce repeat admin problems.
- Partner with teams across the business to support consistent delivery and high service quality.
What the Role Requires
- Some background in customer support, contract administration, or sales support.
- Confidence in dealing with customer and supplier questions in a professional, timely way.
- Good multitasking and prioritisation skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Exposure to contract management and knowledge of common contractual terms would be helpful.
- Ability to work well with colleagues across different teams toward shared objectives.
- A proactive, solutions-led approach and a track record of improving processes.
- Comfort working in a busy environment with targets and deadlines.
- Solid ability to use CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
The Team
This position is part of the Sales Operations department, which plays an important role in linking customers with suppliers so new contracts are managed smoothly and accurately. The team helps maintain operational precision and a strong service experience.
