Role Summary

The Sales Account Manager position is a full-time remote opportunity based in the Riyadh Region. This role centers on developing and expanding relationships with both new and existing customers. The person in this role will move prospects through the full sales journey, from first contact to final deal closure, while keeping clients engaged and satisfied.

Key Duties

In this position, you will identify and evaluate sales opportunities, introduce Digitumz offerings to potential clients, and help guide prospects through each stage of the sales process. You will stay in regular contact with assigned accounts, work to understand their business needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a positive client experience. The role also includes tracking account results, preparing sales updates and reports, and spotting opportunities to expand existing business through upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

  • Background in account management and customer service, with a strong focus on developing lasting client partnerships.
  • Experience in lead generation, including prospect outreach, qualification, and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the skill to explain technical IT solutions clearly to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction by responding to client needs quickly and reliably.
  • Prior B2B sales experience, ideally within IT, software, or digital transformation services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setup, stay organized, and handle several accounts and priorities at once.
  • Working knowledge of technology and digital products, along with the ability to learn new platforms and offerings quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
