Job description
Overview
This position focuses on growing client partnerships, increasing sales performance, and offering customized connectivity and digital solutions. The role carries end-to-end ownership of the sales journey, from spotting opportunities through to deal closure, while keeping the customer experience strong and supporting ADC’s wider commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a set of important customer accounts, with the goals of keeping clients satisfied and increasing revenue from each relationship.
- Track down and develop fresh business opportunities both inside existing accounts and through focused outreach.
- Create account strategies and plans that match customer needs with ADC’s solution portfolio.
- Work closely with presales specialists to build solutions that are strong from both a technical and commercial standpoint.
- Own the complete sales process, including qualification, proposal creation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation.
- Keep CRM records current for sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
- Serve as the main contact for client communication, escalation handling, and issue resolution.
- Partner with delivery, product, and customer success teams to support a smooth rollout and onboarding process for new services.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a similar discipline. The ideal profile includes at least 4 years of background in account management or B2B sales, preferably within telecom, ICT, or digital services. Strong consultative selling, relationship building, target achievement, CRM usage, forecasting, reporting, negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities are important. Exposure to connectivity, cloud, or digital offerings is an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience
4+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in telecom, ICT, or digital services.
