Job description
Role Overview
MACH Consultants is hiring an RSA Archer Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar. The position focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting RSA Archer GRC solutions for client environments.
What You Will Do
- Lead RSA Archer GRC implementations from setup through post-go-live support.
- Assist customers with resolving minor production issues and module enhancements.
- Configure and tailor Archer modules such as Business Impact Analysis, Data Classification, ODA, Incident Management, IT & Control Assurance, IT Audit Management & Issue Management, Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Management, Top Down Risk Assessment, IT Risk Management, and Key Risk Indicator.
- Set up workflows, questionnaires, calculations, notifications, access controls, and dashboards.
- Create configuration documents and test cases to support delivery.
- Contribute to data migration, user acceptance testing, and production rollouts.
- Build reports and dashboards for both executive and operational users.
- Advise clients on GRC frameworks and standards including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, and SOC.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors on integrations with IAM, CMDB, ticketing platforms, and related systems.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
- Ensure delivery stays within agreed scope, timelines, quality expectations, and established best practices.
Experience and Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in GRC consulting or a closely related area.
- Practical, hands-on expertise in RSA Archer configuration and administration.
- Solid knowledge of risk management, compliance, and information security.
- Working knowledge of control and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, and SOC.
- Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong written documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Background
- RSA Archer certification, preferably as an Administrator or Consultant.
- Exposure to integrations and APIs.
- Experience with Middle East clients or highly regulated industries.
