Role Overview

This position is for an RSA Archer specialist responsible for support and enhancement work on the platform. The role involves handling L1, L2, and L3 activities and requires strong communication skills along with hands-on Archer development knowledge.

Key Technical Focus

The ideal candidate should understand the Archer development environment, including Application Builder, efficient form design, and calculated fields. Familiarity with Archer back-office capabilities such as access control, integration, and management reporting is also expected.

The role calls for solid experience with RSA Archer GRC platform configuration, Core Solutions (IRM modules), Advanced Workflow (AWF), Data Feeds import/export, calculated fields, and data-driven events. Basic SQL knowledge is needed for reporting and data analysis, and the candidate should also be comfortable working with APIs and integrations.

Risk and Compliance Scope

The work also requires awareness of risk management, compliance management, audit processes, and third-party risk management (TPRM).

Compensation

The salary range for this role is CA$100,000 to CA$120,000 per year.
