Overview

A&R Hospitality Group is hiring a Housekeeper/Room Attendant for Home2 Suites in Tillman's Corner, Alabama. The role calls for someone who maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and takes pride in keeping guest spaces spotless and safe.

Role Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring guest rooms meet the highest cleanliness standards at all times. The position also requires careful attention to guest safety, especially when handling passkeys, entering rooms, and reporting anything unusual or suspicious. Room Attendants are expected to show strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality.

Key Duties

  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly so they consistently meet or exceed hotel and company expectations.
  • Keep track of uniforms, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
  • Update staff on the status of cleaned rooms.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns courteously and without delay.
  • Keep public areas clean and presentable.
  • Report hazardous conditions, emergencies, and any possible security concerns to management.
