The organization is looking for a seasoned Risk Manager to oversee the identification, evaluation, and reduction of risks on a road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to embed risk management into every stage of the project and keep teams informed of emerging exposures.
  • Track and communicate risk levels throughout the project lifecycle using risk tools and software to measure the status and impact of mitigation actions.
  • Create and maintain risk-related policies and procedures suited to road and bridge construction, making sure they follow established industry standards.
  • Run risk workshops and training sessions for project teams to strengthen understanding of risk principles and encourage a proactive risk mindset.

Requirements

  • At least 20 years of experience on large infrastructure projects, including bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
  • Hands-on experience managing project risks during planning, design, and construction stages.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills; Arabic ability will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organization, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
