About the Role
EverPass Media is seeking an analytically minded Revenue Analyst to join its Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial for overseeing the entire quote-to-close process, utilizing data to ensure deal accuracy, identify trends, and enhance operational efficiency. It's an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is highly organized, comfortable with structured data, and keen to develop expertise in Salesforce and revenue systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate accounts, opportunities, and quotes to ensure all deal components meet internal requirements, analyzing deal structures for pricing consistency, discount patterns, and SKU alignment before advancing through approvals.
- Audit closed-won deals to confirm adherence to correct process steps and verify that opportunity details, quote data, and SKU information align with the executed agreement, identifying recurring discrepancies to inform process improvements.
- Conduct daily reporting in Salesforce to proactively detect errors, data anomalies, and unexpected system behavior, maintaining a structured log of issues to identify trends and advocate for systemic fixes.
- Gather requirements, quantify impact, and document examples for system issues or enhancement requests, creating clear, data-backed tickets for the Salesforce administration team and tracking resolution rates.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce administration team to test new solutions from a sales process perspective, evaluating changes against defined acceptance criteria and providing structured, evidence-based feedback prior to go-live.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries related to the quote-to-close process, using data to clearly communicate issue scope and priority when collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve blockers.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a comparable analytical field.
- Proficiency in working with structured data, including strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; prior exposure to AI is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, with the ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards being a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for pattern recognition, enabling the identification of inconsistencies.
- Effective communication skills to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain data integrity under pressure, and ensure consistent follow-through on tasks.
- Prior experience with CPQ tools, quote-to-cash processes, or revenue reporting is considered a valuable asset.
