About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate at PUMA in Singapore, you will be part of a store team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and helping the brand meet or surpass its sales, KPI, and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to store customers and contribute to strong individual and store-level sales performance.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s brand values and service expectations.
- Complete all mandatory domestic and global training programs linked to the role.
- Take part in loss prevention training, awareness initiatives, and related education.
- Support loss prevention efforts and operational compliance within the store.
- Share merchandise-related opportunities and observations with store management.
- Assist with new store openings and store closures when needed, including travel if required.
- Handle the processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are implemented and maintained to PUMA’s required level.
- Keep the store in proper physical condition and report maintenance requirements promptly to management.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, operational standards, and accountabilities.
- Help maintain a safe, compliant shopping and working environment and escalate any safety or compliance issues to management.
- Be available to work non-standard schedules, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime where necessary.
