Bvlgari is hiring a Retail Performance & CRM Analyst for its Caribbean & Latin America regional office in Coral Gables, Florida. The role is centered on strengthening the retail business through reporting, sales and client analysis, retail incentive support, and budget processing. The insights generated in this position will inform both departmental and cross-functional decisions.

Key accountabilities
Sales, client analysis, and reporting
- Review retail sales data to spot patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support the preparation of budgets, commercial targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Build CRM reports that help Retail, Franchise, Omnichannel, Merchandising, and Marketing teams make decisions.
- Study customer behavior to guide clienteling, product, and marketing strategies.
- Track retail and CRM performance indicators to help teams respond quickly and effectively.
- Assess the return on investment and overall impact of campaigns, events, gifting actions, and clienteling programs so spending can be optimized.
CRM department support
- Regularly review the client database to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Check CRM reports to make sure retail teams are logging activities correctly.
- Compile gifting requests and regional feedback for timely submission to headquarters.
- Manage client gift inventory and ensure it is used strategically.
- Assist with organizing meetings, events, and client experiences when needed.
Retail incentives
- Use analytical input to help develop targeted and timely retail incentive programs.
- Carry out post-incentive reviews to understand the results and business impact.
Budget management and processing
- Keep CRM and HE budget tracking current and well organized.
- Ensure all CRM and HE expenses are recorded, processed, and followed up on promptly.
Cross-functional support
- Serve as a sales and CRM insights partner for regional 360-degree initiatives.
- Support product-related initiatives with relevant CRM analysis and findings.
- Provide client insights that help shape marketing communications and event planning.
Technical and professional requirements
The role calls for strong analytical and commercial capability, with the ability to turn database extracts and field information into meaningful consumer insights. Advanced working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint is needed, along with familiarity with CRM platforms such as SAP CRM, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Applicants should bring at least 5 years of experience in sales or data analysis. The position also requires a collaborative, team-oriented approach, a strong analytical mindset, the ability to communicate effectively and present insights clearly, and a solid understanding of Latin American and Caribbean markets. High ethical standards, accountability, relationship-building ability, and alignment with the group’s values are also important. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
