- Collaborate closely with design, VM, and build partners to ensure launches are completed on time and within budget.
- Handle installation, snagging, and final launch readiness checks.
- Help create repeatable, scalable processes that can support future rollouts.
Staffing and scheduling

- Build and manage rotas with Store Retail Managers, taking into account footfall, trading patterns, and commercial goals.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of retail teams where needed, including external security personnel.
- Keep stores staffed appropriately while controlling labour costs.
Stock and logistics
- Oversee stock allocation, replenishment, and transfers across all retail sites.
- Partner with warehouse and e-commerce teams to maintain the right stock levels.
- Track sell-through performance and respond quickly to trading trends.
- Introduce methods that reduce stock loss and improve operational efficiency.
Operational excellence
- Build and roll out effective retail operating processes.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety rules, and established retail standards.
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce spend, and strengthen store performance.
- Act as the first point of resolution for retail operational problems.
