About the Role

Advantage Solutions, through SAS Retail Services, is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Modesto, CA. This position is focused on improving in-store shopping experiences by supporting retailers with merchandising execution, team coordination, and store-level operations. The company operates across a large network of teammates, brands, and retail customers, with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.

What You’ll Do

You will help stores present products more effectively and keep shelves organized so customers can find what they need. The role includes setting up displays and end caps, resetting shelves, rotating products, and monitoring inventory so stores and suppliers can make the most of sales opportunities. You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.

Schedule and Work Conditions

  • No night shifts, weekends, or holiday work are required.
  • Additional hours may be available if requested.
  • The role is based onsite in a retail environment.

Additional Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older, have reliable transportation to and from the work location, and be able to use a smartphone or tablet to document work after each shift. The job involves regular movement such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates should also have 1–2 years of merchandising experience and prior experience leading and training others. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and team-building skills are expected.
