Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore for a Retail Leasing professional. The opportunity is suited to candidates with retail leasing experience, and the exact scope will be adapted to match the depth and length of the selected candidate’s background.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day retail leasing work, including securing suitable tenants and managing lease negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Carry out market research to track trends and uncover leasing opportunities.
• Work with landlords, developers, and relevant parties to support occupancy and revenue goals.
• For more senior hires, lead and supervise a team, shape leasing strategies, and share regular updates with management on market developments and performance results.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for registration as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
• Demonstrated expertise in retail leasing, including attracting tenants, negotiating leases, and planning retail space.
• Strong capability in market research, data interpretation, and retail trend analysis.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on delivering occupancy and revenue targets.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s real estate market and related regulations.
• Comfortable using MS Office and applicable real estate management systems.
• For senior roles, proven leadership experience and the ability to guide a team effectively.
