This full-time store position with TJX Companies places you in a fast-paced retail environment where the focus is on delivering a strong customer experience, keeping the sales floor organized, and supporting daily store operations. The role may involve learning several areas of the store to help meet business needs.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver a positive shopping experience by engaging with customers and following customer service best practices.
- Help create a respectful, honest, and collaborative store atmosphere.
- Process purchases and returns accurately, including correct change handling.
- Support credit and loyalty program promotion.
- Follow company merchandising standards and display procedures.
- Prepare merchandise correctly for placement on the sales floor.
- Assist with recovery activities during the day to keep the store looking its best.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and recovery standards across the sales floor and the wider store.
- Give and receive recognition and constructive feedback appropriately.
- Follow labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Contribute to shrink reduction efforts and store loss prevention goals.
- Support safety awareness and help maintain a safe workplace.
- Take on other tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings strong customer service abilities, can adapt to changing priorities, and works well in a team setting. Attention to detail, good communication, and solid organization are important. The role also requires comfort with multitasking, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to lift heavy items with or without reasonable accommodation. Prior retail customer experience is preferred.

Pay and Compensation
The starting hourly wage for this role is $12.50 to $13.00. Final starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
